Comfy and elegant
Good quality and service
Great product, my only criticism would be that thete are 3 separate inner bags which all need filling at different volumes and it was a little hard to insert them properly into the outer shell. It would be much easier if there was only one inner bag to fill, but im being super critical.

You’ve raised a great point regarding the triple-liner design. Our current model uses three separate inner liners specifically to help the chair maintain its form and structure over time - something many customers have told us they value. With just one liner, the filling tends to shift and settle too freely, which causes the chair to lose its shape when not in use.
That said, we completely understand that filling and positioning multiple inner bags can be a bit tricky, especially the first time. Your experience and insights are really helpful, and we’re always looking at ways to improve our designs and instructions to make the process smoother.
