4. Your Obligations

5. Purchase of Products and Refunds & Returns Policy

  1. By purchasing a Product, you agree to pay the listed purchase price.
  2. Payment may be made via Stripe, AfterPay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
  3. International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees.
  4. Refunds are offered at our discretion within 30 days if products are unopened and saleable, excluding return postage.
  5. Bean bag filling (“Bag of Beans”) is non-refundable.
  6. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size, or other reasons outlined in the full terms.
  7. Sale items and pre-orders are non-refundable.
  8. Where accepted, returns may incur a 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs.

6. Warranty

Products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You may claim within 12 months for material defects or workmanship. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, and specific exclusions listed in Section 7.

7. Specific Exclusions

Warranty exclusions include, but are not limited to: use by children under 12 months, ingestion hazards, use in water where not intended, mould damage, bite damage to dog beds, misuse of zippers and Velcro, colour transfer from Micro-Suede, third-party alterations, and use of shredded foam where not specified.

8. Delivery

Delivery is facilitated through third-party providers. We are not liable for lost or damaged products during delivery. Claims should be directed to the delivery provider. Authority-to-leave deliveries are at your risk.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is protected by copyright. No rights, titles, or interests are transferred to you by using the Website. You may not reproduce or adapt content without permission.

21. Force Majeure

  1. Definition: Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism, riots, or other uncontrollable events.
  2. Notification: The affected Party must promptly notify the other Party and provide details.
  3. Suspension of Obligations: Obligations are suspended during the event and resume once it ends.
  4. Termination: If the event continues for 30 days, either Party may terminate the agreement without liability.
  5. No Liability: Neither Party is liable for damages resulting from a Force Majeure Event.

22. Severance

If any part of these Terms is found void or unenforceable, that part shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain in effect.
